Service Description

Birth is transformative. It can move us in ways we were not prepared for... ways that are difficult to move through.​ However you feel about your birth experience, and however your story was written, we are passionately committed to supporting you in sharing, processing, and integrating your birth story. We offer compassionate, safe, and loving space to heal from birth trauma, however it exists for you today. Through these sessions, we invite you to release constriction of the mind and body and step into your fullness, and heighten your sense of self-trust and mind-body connection as you integrate your story into the larger fabric of your life. Sessions take place on Zoom; A personal link will be sent to you by email shortly after booking your appointment.
